The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds that can be joined to create a super-king bed depending on your requirements. In Bedroom 2, there’s also a single loft bed accessed by a small ladder – suitable for both children and adults alike. Both bedrooms provide generous storage space with hanging areas and drawers. The master bedroom also includes a smart TV for added enjoyment.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is bright and inviting, providing an ideal space to relax and unwind after a day in the mountains. It features a comfortable sofa area with a large wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need including built in oven, induction hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. From here doors open out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views over Morzine and the Pleney slopes.

The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional WC that houses a washer-dryer – ideal for longer stays or active holidays.

Fast and reliable WiFi throughout ensures anyone needing to work remotely can do so with ease and anyone arriving by car can make use of the designated private parking space located right outside of the building. Guests also have access to a secure private storage area (cave) equipped with racks for skis, snowboards, and space for 2–3 bikes.

Multiple bus route stops are within walking distance of the apartment and the bars, shops, restaurants and cafes of Morzine can be easily reached in just a few minutes.

Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. High chairs and cots are available upon request, making this property equally ideal for family vacations or group getaways.
