The chalet enjoys a convenient yet peaceful location, just 75 metres from the free ski bus stop with direct access to the Ardent telecabine and Avoriaz. Local shops, bars, restaurants, and a ski and bike shop are only 100 metres away, while the centre of Morzine is under 2km. In summer, the stunning Lac de Montriond is 3.5 km away, and hiking and biking trails can be accessed directly from the property.

The property welcomes you through a stylish and functional entrance hallway, designed in a modern Alpine style. Featuring padded bench seating and built-in storage shelves, it provides the perfect space to remove boots and organise outdoor gear after a day on the mountain. From here, guests have direct access to the private storage cave with boot heaters, ensuring warm, dry equipment ready for the next day’s adventures – a thoughtful and practical touch for both winter and summer stays.

The heart of the property is the bright open-plan living space, designed for both relaxation and socialising. Featuring underfloor heating, a large comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a spacious dining table for eight with mountain views, it’s the perfect setting for evenings together. The living area opens onto a balcony with steps leading down to a large private terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and summer BBQs.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catered stay, including a coffee station with nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and a wine and beer fridge.

Big Bear comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed (which can be split into twins) and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen-size beds that can also be configured as twins, both with en-suite shower rooms. A separate WC adds further convenience for groups.

A standout feature of the chalet is the dedicated cinema and games room, complete with a large TV and table football – perfect for relaxing evenings and keeping both children and adults entertained.
