The Morzine summer sledge run is one of those summer activities that the entire family can enjoy from the top of the Pleney ski runs in Morzine.

Once you reach the top on La Crusaz chairlift, soak in the beauty of the French Alps and then make your way down the tracks of the winding Pleney slopes.
It’s entirely up to you to enjoy the speedy dash or leisurely ride down the hill by merely taking control of the sledge brakes to experience an ultra-adrenaline rush in Alpine ambiance. Also, you can feel the refreshing pleasant summer breeze on your face as you hurtle down the mountain any day in the months from July to the end of August.

For the adventure-seekers, Canyoning really is a different type of hike, one where you’re allowed to jump in puddles (well deep pools actually), scramble over rocks & slide down natural chutes without worrying about getting soaked or dirty! It combines abseiling, climbing, swimming, and sliding down waterfalls. Accompanied by a fully qualified guide, you'll wear a wetsuit, trainers, helmet, and harness to navigate the rugged terrain. It's not for the faint-hearted but it's certainly a unique way to explore the beautiful nature of Morzine. Families can also enjoy a milder version of this activity with a gorge walking trip, which is suitable for all ages.
